MS. KIMBERLY POPE, CEO
Kimberly Pope is a Protocol and Executive Etiquette professional, certified through The Emily Post Institute and the Protocol Partners-Washington Center for Protocol. She has worked with several organizations facilitating “soft skills” training and provides workshops by request, as well as 1:1 coaching. She’s coordinated events within her local community as well as for the Federal Government working with NGOs, ambassadors, and distinguished guests. No matter the scale, Kimberly ensures it is a positive and learning experience for everyone.
Kimberly’s academic background is in engineering where she has a degree in Computer Science. Early in her career she started in the field of website design and scripting, which taught her to design with user experience in mind. This experience prepared her as a technical management consultant, where she focused on business requirements and design specifications, designing user interfaces, and system testing. It also prepared her for additional technical and analytical roles. For over 20 years, Kimberly has worked across multiple industries and multiple areas of government with titles such as consultant, scientist, engineer, program manager, senior analyst, country director, and recruiter.
Kimberly takes Maya Angelou’s quote to heart that people will remember how you made them feel, and it has always been central to her work. Whether you’ve attended one of her workshops or worked with her in a coaching session, you’ll notice that client experience is key.
